TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE
Ashley Academy hires teachers on a yearly contractual basis, purchases textbooks, and makes other financial commitments from the operating budget based on the number of enrollments by June 1. Parents understand that students are enrolled for the entire school year and that the parents are obligated to pay all fees listed or incurred by the student once an enrollment contract has been signed.
Payments may be made in cash or by check. We also offer the SMART Tuition Management Program.
TUITION
Pre-Kindergarten – Grade 8: $5950
A non-refundable yearly maintenance and materials fee in the amount of $550 is due with the enrollment contract to reserve a space for the school year. The contract enrollment fee is not applied to the tuition.

Application Fee (New Students): $50.00
Registration Fee for SMART Tuition (optional): $43.00
Instructional Materials, Art Fee, Yearbook (Grades Pre-K-8): Included
Extended Care – 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm (optional): Billed Monthly
Daily Rate: $9.00 (only $5.00 until 4:30 pm)
Weekly Rate: $45.00
Late Fee After 6 pm: $1.00 per minute
Hot Lunch – Available Mon through Fri (optional): Billed Monthly
Field Trips and OM/Destination Imagination Trips: Priced as Planned
LATE FEES
Monthly bills for lunches, extended care, and other miscellaneous expenses must be paid in full each month or a $15.00 late fee will be incurred. These services may be withheld if charges are not kept current.
A $25.00 fee will be charged on any returned checks.
OVERDUE ACCOUNT POLICY
Families leaving the school with delinquent accounts are expected to pay in full upon departure. Records will not be released until your balance is paid in full.
